Band of Bohemia has been awarded the title of the nation’s first Michelin starred brewery. The award winning beer is accompanied by the dishes served, which are masterpieces in and of themselves. What made this brewery so unique was that it was the expressed desire to pair the food to the beer and not the other way around. The restaurant always executed this with flawless precision. Dinner paired well with the beers, but the desserts paired with beers were the real show stoppers. The space across the street from the Ravenswood train station that is now left behind will, hopefully, one day house an equally impressive brewery.
